Youth & Adolescent Counseling

Specialized support for young people navigating identity, education, and social challenges through age-appropriate, culturally sensitive counseling.

About This Program

Healing rooted in our stories

Rarsana Wellness provides counseling services for children, adolescents, and young people who are navigating emotional, behavioral, academic, social, and identity-related challenges.

Growing up in Ghana today comes with unique pressures—academic expectations, family responsibility, religious values, social comparison, technology exposure, and cultural expectations around obedience and respect. Many young people struggle quietly, unsure of how to express themselves without being misunderstood or labeled as "disrespectful" or "stubborn."

At Rarsana, we create a safe, respectful, and age-appropriate space where young people can talk openly, feel understood, and develop healthy coping skills—while still honoring family values and parental authority.
